Check Out Instructions

We hope that you enjoyed your stay! Please feel free to reach out to me if you should have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our little condo.


Check out is set for 11am. If you need extra time, please contact me directly via text or phone beforehand so that I can verify if this is a possibility and plan accordingly.

Generally, we'd love for the condo to be in the same condition that you found it.  Please follow the instructions for  checkout so that you do not incur any additional cleaning fees.


General: Lower all thermostats to 55° Fahrenheit (living room, bathroom, and each bedroom thermostat, please).

Kitchen: All used dishes cleaned and returned to cabinets or drawers where they were found. If necessary, load the dishwasher before your exit and start a cleaning cycle before leaving (dishwasher detergent located under the kitchen sink).  

 Counter cleared of any dishes, papers, games or debris. If you choose to wipe down the counters, please only use water or the granite cleaner located underneath the kitchen sink.

All perishable foods removed from the kitchen. Trash and recycling taken out to the dumpster by clubhouse before leaving the condo. Replace kitchen trash bag with a new bag for the next guests, 13 gallon trash bags are located behind the trash bin under the kitchen sink. If you notice the kitchen is running low on any supplies (i.e coffee, tea, trash bags or soap, please let me know via e-mail or text, I would really appreciate it!).

Bathroom: The floor clear and dry, trash emptied, and all used towels placed into the washing machine (don't worry  about starting the wash, we'll take care of that!). Please ensure that the shower faucet is not leaking, it sometimes needs a little extra turn to fully stop.

Living room:  TV off, sign out of any accounts used on the roku, and toys/games/books returned to the tv stand  or bedroom bookcase where they were found. Any trash taken out and dishes into the dishwasher.

Bedrooms:  Strip the sheets of any beds used, and place on top of the bed. This will allow us to know which sheets need to be cleaned.  Any books/games/toys put away as well as any extra blankets used during your stay. Any debris or trash taken out to the dumpster by the clubhouse.

General:  Please close and lock all doors and windows. Close the shades and blinds. Please double check nothing is left on (stove/toaster oven etc) aside from dishwasher if started. 

Lock the front door, return key to the lock box and take trash and recycling to the dumpster by the clubhouse.  Thanks!! We hope you had a great stay and look forward to hearing from you!
