The Swiss Miss Part 2: Painting & Flooring

July 5 and back to the grind! Jeff, Courtney and I went to Home Depot first thing in the morning and picked up supplies to start the laminate flooring. Erick went straight to the condo from Courtney’s and finished up some painting/started prepping for the flooring. We chose a Pergo Laminate wooden flooring, in the hopes that it would be more durable in the unit, especially since we planned to rent it out. The Swiss Miss Part 1: The Purchase

So, as we saved our money Erick continued to dream of owning something in the White Mountains. When Erick came to me and told me he had seen an interesting listing at the Linderhof, I was excited--my dream of returning seemed like an option! The listing was for a 650 square foot condo that needed work, but at a price point we could afford.
